Actually Nissan sold the Second Gen Elgrand in Midnight Purple. Well, the paperwork said it was black, the owner said it was black, but in my eyes, it's midnight purple. At least slightly purple-ish. What do you think?
And oh, i own that thing now, just waiting for the paperwork. You can ask me anything about it.

Maybe it was in a small accident and it was painted in different color after that. That might also explain the cheap price.

Well, not really, since the owner kept all the service records, and you know the car is salvage by driving it, and to be honest, while it wobbles a bit, it doesn't feel like a salvage car. Although the mileage is quite high at 56K, and the owner said the rear suspension might goes out soon, that's why he got rid it out.

Will it Baby?

Unless a car was fixed very poorly it's usually impossible to tell if a car has been wrecked just by driving it.

Well..
But i'm pretty sure it's not a salvage. Since in here there's a myth that said all the cars that crashed because it was cursed, that's why most people just throw away their totaled cars.

It's a minivan. It'll carry quite a lot of them

I'm not saying this car was totaled at all, just that you can't tell by driving a car. There are plenty of ways to tell though. I know things are very different there (Japan right) with regards to how vehicles are used. Here in the US, 56K is not even mid life for a car. Best of luck to you with it.

How big is it? Like a Caravan sized minivan, or smaller? Also, whats it got for an engine? It's pretty cool looking, that's for sure.

am I mistaken or were you originally talking about buying an s class?

If you can tell a car has a salvage title just by driving it, then there is a very big problem. I quite agree.

Well, it's a full meter shorter than the current gen Grand Caravan.
It has VQ35DE just like 350z. And it's also got RWD just like 350z.

I once, but the Elgrand is a lot more cheaper.
This thing only cost me 10 grand.

Well, i once driven a salvage titled M3 E46 and it's the worst M3 i ever driven.
The steering is not pointing at right direction, the body wobbles and jiggles about, the engine feels gutless, and lot of things.

plus you can fit more lady friends in this ;)

Sounds like you drove a pretty tired example of the E46. When well maintained, it can be one of the best M3s in my opinion.

Yeees :D
Plus it has tons of features just like the S-Class, like radar-guided cruise control, electric leather chair with massage function (front and middle row only), and adjustable air suspension.
In fact, i kinda amaze why Nissan hasn't made a true S-Class competitior with GT-R Power. They have the tech. They have the engine. What they're waiting for?

Well, as far as i know Midnight Purple is horrifically expensive, so i'm kinda sure it was what it comes from the factory.
Here's another angle:

It was. The best looking M3 as well. At least for me.
Especially that E46 GTR

Huh. Well that sounds pretty awesome, Aya. Solid purchase.
